(duration 60 minutes)
The purpose of this webinar is to discuss strategies for bargaining both for new collective bargaining agreements as well as for mid-contract adjustments. The webinar will also cover negotiations with exiting employees. The goal of this course is to discuss the policy realities underlying most negotiations, the legal requirements that a negotiator must navigate to ultimately help define the term “successful negotiation outcome.” This one hour webinar will be conducted by Michael McAuliffe Miller, a partner in the Labor and Employment Group at Eckert Seamans, LLP.
Mr. Miller will lead participants through a PowerPoint presentation which contains real-world examples as teaching tools.
This webinar is FREE to SCHRPP Members. The cost for nonmembers is $25 per person. Nonmember participants will be invoiced.
